The time limit of the hotel varies from 90 days to 45 days. We need to guarantee the bookings 90/60 /45 days prior to the travel dates by issuing the vouchers to the hotels. In the case of some boutique / special hotels, we have to make an advance payment at the time of booking.
Our general payment terms are:
- 25% of the tour amount at the time of booking.
- 50 % of the tour cost should reach us 60 days before departure.
- 100 % of the tour cost should reach us 40 days before departure.
CANCELLATION TERMS:
- If the tour is canceled 60 days prior to the travel date – 10% of the tour cost will be applicable.
- If the tour is canceled between 59- 45 days prior to the travel date – Cancellation charges of 25 % will be applicable to the tour cost.
- If the tour is canceled between 44- 30 days prior to the travel date – Cancellation charges of 50 % will be applicable to the tour cost.
- If the tour is canceled less than 29-15 days prior to the travel date – Cancellation charges of 75 % will be applicable to the tour cost.
- If the tour is canceled less than 14 days prior to the travel date – Cancellation charges of 100 % will be applicable to the tour cost.
